3 Delaware School Buses Involved In Dump Truck Crash

A dump truck driver was cited for causing a Thursday morning crash involving three school buses on U.S. 113 near Milford, resulting in a fuel spill and restricting traffic for about five hours. The crash occurred about 7:35 a.m. in the intersection of Du Pont Boulevard (U.S. 113) and Johnson Road/Fitzgeralds Road south of Milford at Lincoln, Master Cpl. Gary E. Fournier said. The dump truck driver and one bus driver were treated at Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital for minor injuries and released, Fournier said.
