Car Plows Through California Macy’s Storefront

Authorities said four people were injured late Wednesday afternoon when a car has crashed right through the front door of a Macy’s at the NewPark Mall in Newark. Authorities received calls regarding the accident at 4:48 p.m. after the car plowed into the department store. Officials at the scene tell KTVU a 63-year-old driver suffered a medical episode and crashed into the store. The youngest victim is an 8 year old who suffered minor injuries. A man on the sidewalk who was hit by the car suffered serious injuries.
