Conspirators Busted For Staged Property Theft

A Yuba County man pleaded not guility this week to insurance fraud charges. Darrell Donaldson and three other people are accused of conspiring to stage a residential burglary, file a false police report and attempt to collect money through false insurance claims. Donaldson entered his plea on Wednesday. His next court date is Feb. 18. Arrest warrants have been issued for co-defendants Johnathon Studhalter, Haley Studhalter and Jennifer Donaldson. They were named in a four-count insurance fraud criminal complaint in Yuba County Superior Court.
