A 50-year-old man broke both his ankles and his pelvis in an allegedly alcohol-fueled crash involving his Porsche and a tractor-trailer on the George Washington Bridge early Thursday, law enforcement sources say. Police say the tractor-trailer was moving westbound on the upper level of the span shortly before 1 a.m. when it was hit by a 2003 Porsche. The Porsche became wedged under the truck and was apparently dragged for a bit before the tractor-trailer driver stopped.
