Father/Daugher ordered to repay $600,000 in workers’ comp fraud case

Central Valley Business Times - Jerry Buffington, 69, and his daughter, Cynthia Russell, 47, both of Bakersfield have pleaded guilty in Kern County Superior Court to workers’ compensation insurance premium fraud and tax evasion, according to state Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones. - Go To Story
