USA Today - Flash floods caused mudslides and submerged basements across Larimer County, Colo., on Saturday as heavy afternoon rains pummeled areas that were bone-dry a few days earlier. In a neighborhood west of Horsetooth Reservoir, water created a debris dam in a drainage area, backing up and into a nearby garage, basement and crawlspace, said Poudre Fire Authority Capt. Patrick Love. - Go To Story
