Homes Flooded As Record Rainfall Continues Across Central Florida

As heavy rain continues to drench many areas of central Florida, some residents in Volusia County are dealing with flooded homes and roadways. The severe weather and rain caused flooding in many areas, including New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater and Port Orange. Channel 9 talked to residents in Port Orange who were frustrated with the flooding problems and claim the city is to blame. "I’ve been here a year and a half and this has happened to me four times," said China Diaz.
