Injured Guests Sue TopGolf Over Lax Safety Standards

You know what they say, it’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt. Well, one Dallas attorney says that’s exactly the situation at TopGolf. Marc Lenahan has filed two lawsuits on behalf of five plaintiffs. They claim the golf company’s loose safety policies caused them serious injuries — from a broken nose to spinal cord damage. One of the plaintiffs, Rebecca Brown, says she was sitting at a table at TopGolf in 2013 when an intoxicated guest hit a ball backwards. The ball hit her in the face, and doctors weren’t able to save her right eye.
