Las Vegas Homeowner Awaiting Repairs Following Hit-And-Run

A homeowner in the northwest Valley is dealing with a nightmare, and there’s no end in sight. Earlier in October, a car plowed through his garage and into his back yard. The crash was caught on surveillance video. The driver and passenger, who was carrying a baby, can be seen running from the scene. James Tubbs’ house, located near West Cheyenne Avenue and North Tenaya Way, is still a mess. His garage had to be gutted. He’s unable to live in the house because his water heater was damaged. “It’s still numbing and still hard to believe,” Tubbs said.
