Oklahoma City Man’s MO: Staged Fender Benders

A metro man is facing nine counts of insurance fraud for allegedly filing bogus insurance claims.Court documents obtained by KOCO 5 show that prosecutors have charged Latroy "Johnny" Staglin for filing false insurance claims. "I looked at the rearview mirror," said alleged victim George Hannenman. "I looked like this. I proceeded to back out and there he was."
Hannenman says he remembers his encounter with Staglin over the summer. "I remember his two front gold teeth," he said. "He had to be just parked right out of my sight, seen me starting to back up, therefore he pulls up and I bump into him."
