Publix Faces Lawsuit Over Parking Lot Shooting

Arunya Rouch is a Publix employee, fired for allegedly threatening to do exactly what police say she eventually did -- that if she got fired, she would kill co-worker Greg Janowski. Janowski was shot to death at point-blank range in the Tarpon Springs store parking lot. "This shooting was preventable and it was predictable based on everything that Publix knew," stated Janowski family attorney Barry Cohen. Publix refused to comment on a lawsuit filed against the company Tuesday. But Cohen says what Publix knew was that Rouch was a ticking time bomb.
