San Diego police are investigating a burglary that resulted in the theft of hundreds of thousands of dollars in valuables, including a collection of guns. Police were called to the home on Antiem Street in Clairemont Mesa shortly after 7 a.m. Sunday. The homeowner was not home at the time of the burglary. He tells police a safe was stolen containing $200,000 in valuables and guns. A neighbor says she called police when noticing all the doors were open to the home, at an unusual time.
