ABC NEWS - At least one victim of the Aurora, Colo., movie theater massacre has indicated he intends to sue, claiming that the theater failed to adequately protect its audience. Torrence Brown, 18, is being represented by attorney Donald Karpel, a source confirmed, but was not authorized to discuss the details of the case.
