Truck crashes into Madeira Beach, Fla. school

Repairs will be underway on Monday at Madeira Beach Fundamental, after the school was hit by a pick-up truck over the weekend. Deputies say Michael Roy drove his truck southbound on Duhme Road approaching Tom Stuart Causeway, when he proceeded straight through the intersection and continued southbound through the school parking lot, striking the guardrail and school building. Roy was rushed to the hospital, but is expected to be OK. Deputies believe alcohol may be a factor in the crash.
