A Weston man is accused of taking nearly $300,000 from insurance companies by filing claims for other peoples traffic accidents.David Glincher, 47, was charged with 25 counts of insurance fraud, 22 counts of grand theft, 19 counts of uttering forged instruments and one count of a seldom used first-degree felony: aggravated white collar crime, according to the office of Florida Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater.
