We are seeking an aspiring candidate for Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies ("BH GUARD") - https://www.guard.com/about-us/ legal department who will be our Contracts Analyst and assist the Contracts team working directly with the Contracts and Regulatory Attorneys.

• • Administer advanced AI-based contracts management platform
  • Assist with reviewing and processing a range of contracts and contract-related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with external parties.
  • Provide general assistance to meet the legal needs of the company.

• Experience in handling and working with operating semi-complex computer systems such as: Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and Contract Management Systems.
• 0-2 years working in a company experience
• Prior experience with handling and processing contracts

Salary Range

$65,000.00-$80,000.00 USD

The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week.

The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
