Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of Global HR shared services through an internal retained team, the Managed Services Provider (MSP) and other Third-Party Providers (TPP) while also cultivating strong, productive relationships with internal teams, and COEs. In addition to leading the Service Management & Operations team and function, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery, this role will be responsible for designing and implementing a continuous improvement program. The Global Shared Services Sr. Manager builds strong relationships with COEs, CERT, OTAs and Leader Advisement to ensure an integrated service delivery experience.

This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efficient and effective delivery of the service management program and operations to deliver a positive employee experience while ensuring the overall shared services function is in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design and develop internal governance process to address issue resolution and escalations, change order processing, demand management (training needs identification and management), and other HR processes.
  • Provide integrated handoff alignment between operations, leader advisement, MSP, TPP and all COEs.
  • Establish SLAs and key measurements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and manage contracts, agreements, and statements of work with vendors ensuring contractual obligations are met while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practices to optimize the collaboration between the organization and MSP/TPP.
  • Create and lead innovative HR solutions and services to improve overall HR service delivery with a focus on continuous improvement top optimize HR Service Delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the HR shared services function.

Education and Experience:
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Compensation offered for this role is$ 125,500 - $199,750 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
