Job Title: Vice President Aviation
Department: Aviation
Reports to: President CIS and Aviation
Summary: Manage the General Aviation underwriting and policy production of the HFS national General Aviation department. Monitor overall underwriting and profitability of the General Aviation book of business and expand new products as appropriate. Monitor and implement pricing and distribution changes as necessary and appropriate.

Knowledge/Skills:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Responsibilities may include interviewing, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work: appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining or coaching employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems within the department.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
