5 Injured, Building Damaged In Late-Night Crash

Five people were seriously injured and a store was damaged in a crash late Thursday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Troopers said surveillance footage from Scott’s Automotive Center at Edgewater Shores Court and Edgewater Drive shows Joseph Salustro, 23, slamming his SUV into a van at a stop sign and then crashing into the building. Salustro, his three passengers and the driver in the van were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center in serious condition, troopers said.
