Connecticut apartments evacuated during flash flood

Two apartment buildings in Naugatuck were evacuated Wednesday afternoon following some flash flooding. One of the buildings is located on Prospect St., while the other is located at 55 Trowbridge Place. Both buildings have basement apartments. At this time it is unknown if all residents are being evacuated or just the lower units. "Everybody in the first floor and basement apartments has nothing," said Ann Kuhar, "and it’s ridiculous. There’s got to be a way to fix it."
