* WHAT...For the first Wind Chill Advisory this morning, very
cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero. For the second Wind
Chill Advisory tonight through Wednesday morning, very cold
wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Cumberland Plateau and Cumberland Mountains of East
Tennessee.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Chill Advisory this morning, until
noon EST /11 AM CST/ today. For the second Wind Chill Advisory
tonight through Wednesday morning, from 5 PM EST /4 PM CST/
this afternoon to noon EST /11 AM CST/ Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The cold wind
chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not
taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Even after snow and freezing drizzle have
ended, icy hazardous travel is expected today and tonight,
especially on untreated roads.
