LOCALLY DENSE FOG AND HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR THROUGH 11 AM TODAY... Locally dense fog with visibility of less than 1/4 mile is occurring, resulting in hazardous driving conditions across portions of Schuylkill county. Temperatures near freezing could cause some isolated slick spots if roadways become wet due to mist and drizzle. The greatest threat for the fog will be across the higher terrain, including Interstate 81, where temperatures are near the freezing. Allow extra time for travel and be prepared for slowdowns through the mid morning. Bridges and overpasses will be most vulnerable to slick spots.
