killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 731 PM EDT, the public reported minor road flooding in the
advisory area due to heavy rainfall. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 1.5
inches of rain have fallen in this area with more expected
through the overnight hours.
