Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Northern Penobscot, Southeast Aroostook, Northeast Aroostook, and Northwest Aroostook Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds will cause some blowing and drifting of the snow in the open fields of Aroostook & Northern Penobscot counties. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will be falling below freezing which may cause untreated surfaces to become slippery quickly after sunset.
