- At 802 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated sharp rises on area streams and creeks due to
locally heavy rainfall along with snowmelt. These rises will
begin to fall over the next couple of hours as colder
temperatures reduce the amount of runoff into area streams.
