Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Central Interior Cumberland, Kennebec, Southern Somerset, and Androscoggin Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Although the heaviest snow has ended, freshly fallen snow and additional light snow overnight will continue to produce difficult driving conditions. Winds will also remain gusty and may result in additional downed branches and limbs due to the weight of freshly fallen snow. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.
