Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Fannin and Grayson counties.
* WHEN...Until 530 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain
which will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low
lying and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor
flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3
inches are possible.

Pottsboro, Leonard, Honey Grove, Collinsville, Whitewright,
