At 745 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 20 miles west of Warren, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Warren, Sheffield, Columbus, Youngsville, Russell, Spring Creek, Scandia, Lottsville, Ludlow, Grand Valley, Enterprise, Warren South, Garland, Kinzua Dam, Chapman State Park, Tidioute, Sugar Grove, Starbrick, and Clarendon.
