* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties in central Ohio, Hocking and Pickaway. In south central Ohio, Ross. * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 943 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Logan, Nelsonville, Hocking Hills State Park, Logan Elm Village, Starr, Laurelville, Murray City, Adelphi, Tarlton, Gibisonville, Lake Logan State Park, Enterprise, Rockbridge, Ilesboro, South Bloomingville, Buena Vista in Hocking County, Union Furnace, Haydenville, Oreville and Carbon Hill.
