At 512 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles northeast of St. Paul, moving east at 40 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Calhoun and north central St. Charles Counties,
including the following locations... Meppen, Brussels, Golden Eagle,
Deer Plain, Kampville, and Beechville.
