deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...
Illinois...
White River near Petersburg and Hazleton.
Wabash River from Lafayette to Mount Carmel, except for Clinton.
.Minor flooding continues along a large majority of the Wabash River
from Lafayette downstream to Mount Carmel, along with the extreme
southern portions of the White River near and downstream of
Petersburg. Aside from a brief rise this morning at Lafayette, river
levels will be steady or slowing falling over the next several days,
thanks in part to a fairly dry forecast. Flooding will last as long
as another 4 to 5 days along portions of the lower Wabash, and
another 2-3 days along the lower White.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Wabash River at Lafayette.
* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water may approach a couple low county
roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 11.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:30 AM EDT Saturday was 11.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 11.7 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early
Monday morning to 8.8 feet early Wednesday afternoon. It will
rise to 8.9 feet Wednesday evening. It will then fall again
and remain below flood stage.
