* IMPACTS...At 53.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 53.8 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:45 AM EDT Tuesday was 54.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Friday afternoon and continue falling to 52.6 feet
Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 53.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
