Suwannee River near Manatee Springs affecting Dixie and Levy
Counties.
Suwannee River near Wilcox (US 19) affecting Dixie, Gilchrist and
Levy Counties.
Suwannee River at Rock Bluff near Bell (CR 340) affecting Dixie,
Gilchrist and Lafayette Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Suwannee River at Luraville (SR 51).
* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 37.0 feet, agricultural and timber lands flood. In
Suwannee County flooding begins to affect the western portion of
290th drive near Boeing Drive.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 37.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 PM EDT Tuesday was 37.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Friday afternoon and continue falling to 31.6 feet
Tuesday, April 30.
- Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
37.1 feet on 03/09/2013.
