At 713 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northeast of Oconto, or 11 miles south of Broken Bow, moving
northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Broken Bow, Berwyn, Weissert, Westerville, Lillian, Round Valley,
Buckeye, and Pressey State Wildlife Management Area.
This includes the following highways...
Highway 183 between mile markers 95 and 109.
Highway 2 between mile markers 272 and 292.
