could support frost development.
* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central and south
central Nebraska, including the Tri Cities.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For much of the Advisory area, the threat for
frost this morning will likely be somewhat patchy in nature, and
mainly favor sheltered and low-lying areas. The overall-most
favored counties for perhaps more widespread frost include Dawson,
Sherman, Buffalo, Gosper, Phelps and Kearney.
