A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM EDT/200 AM CDT/ for
south central Indiana...and central Kentucky.
At 141 AM EDT/1241 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of
strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southeast of
Corydon to 10 miles north of Hardinsburg. Movement was east at 50
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Louisville, Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, Shively, Lyndon, Douglass
Hills, Hurstbourne, Corydon, Brandenburg, and Windy Hills.
