Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following counties in southeast Indiana, Dearborn,
Ohio and Ripley. The following counties in northern Kentucky,
Boone, Campbell and Kenton. The following counties in Ohio, Brown,
Clermont, Hamilton and Highland.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 404 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Cincinnati, Covington, Florence, Independence, Norwood,
Erlanger, Fort Thomas, Newport, Loveland, Madeira, Edgewood,
Alexandria, Elsmere, Cheviot, Fort Mitchell, Villa Hills,
