* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Loudon, Meigs, Rhea and Roane. * WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 256 PM EDT, the public reported flooding in Ten Mile and Paint Rock. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in Ten Mile and Paint Rock. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kingston, Loudon, Fairview, Spring City, Philadelphia, Ten Mile, Eagle Furnace, Paint Rock, Peakland and Grandview. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
