Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Panhandle Florida, including the following
county, Bay.
* WHEN...Until 445 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 251 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Callaway,
Springfield, Hiland Park, Tyndall Air Force Base, Parker,
Dirego Park, Cedar Grove, Magnolia Beach, Southport,
Millville, Brannonville, Vicksburg, Bay Harbor, College
Station, St Andrews State Park, Biltmore Beach and Gulf
Lagoon Beach.
