As much as 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen in some areas this afternoon. Emergency Management with the City of Charleston is reporting roadways are becoming flooded and impassable in the Downtown Charleston Area. The risk for minor flooding continues as an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain could fall through 515 PM. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
